12-month warranty

Every Gratewise Electric BBQ Brush comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery covering defects in materials and workmanship of the handle, motor and battery under normal household use.

What's covered

• The motor stops working or loses power under normal use.
• The battery won't hold or accept a charge.
• Buttons, charging port or head connector fail.

What's not covered

• Normal wear of brush and polishing heads (these are consumables; spares are available).
• Damage caused by misuse, dropping, modification, or using the brush on surfaces it isn't designed for.
• Leaving the handle submerged or in direct flame, or charging it with a damaged cable.
• Commercial or industrial use.

Extended Warranty (optional add-on)

If you added the 2-Year Extended Warranty at checkout, the cover above is extended to a total of 2 years from the date of delivery on the same terms.

How to make a claim

1. Email support@getgratewise.com with your order number, a description of the problem and a short video if possible.
2. We may ask a few troubleshooting questions. Many issues are solved in minutes.
3. If the product is faulty, we'll repair or replace it, or refund you if a replacement isn't available. We cover the shipping for valid claims.

Australian Consumer Law

The benefits given by this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies you have under a law in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
